Join us for a honey tasting experience at the Shed at Patina Meadow. Our Beekeepers and resident teachers from Greenwood Honey Co, Steven Abernathy and Claire Papevies, will be guiding us through an experience where we will be tasting different single origin, gourmet honeys from around the country. In this class you will be learning how to use the aroma and taste to properly communicate about the varying notes found in honey, along with the medicinal qualities. This will be a 1.5 hour experience. Light refreshments will be provided to accompany the honeys we will be tasting.
