All online orders are processed within 3 business days. Personalized books are processed within 7 business days.
Shipping rates and carriers are available at checkout.
Shipping rates are quoted for all items that cannot be purchased online and are listed as “Contact the Store.” Please contact customer service at hello@patinahomeandgarden.com to request a shipping quote.
ANTIQUE POLICY/DISCLOSURE
We take great care in packing and shipping antiques, but due to their delicate and one-of-a-kind nature, please review the following policies carefully.
Delivery Timeline: Please allow 2–6 weeks for delivery, as we take the time to carefully match each piece with a qualified shipper who can ensure safe transit.
Inspection & Claims: On rare occasions, transit-related damage may occur. Please inspect your piece thoroughly upon delivery. If your order is being delivered to a receiving warehouse, it must be inspected upon arrival.
Should your shipment arrive with any damages or defects, contact us at elle@giannettihome.com within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor claims reported outside of this window.
All claims will be handled directly through Patina Home and Garden in partnership with our shipping provider, UShip.
Important Notes:
- Minor wear, surface imperfections, and small cracks are characteristic of antique pieces and are not considered damage.
- Please take clear, detailed photos of any damage and packaging immediately upon discovery to support your claim.
- If visible damage is present upon delivery, note this with the driver before signing.
- Prior to purchase, carefully check all measurements of the item and your home (entryways, staircases, hallways, etc.) to ensure the piece will fit and can be safely delivered to its intended location.
- Buyers are responsible for confirming the item can be accommodated within the delivery location. We cannot be held responsible if an item does not fit.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping to select international customers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please be aware that all international orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. If for any reason you do not accept the order at customs, you will be responsible for paying return fees.
Patina Home & Garden does not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver and due upon receiving your package.
